Featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dining room table that seats six and bar seating for three, there is plenty of room to entertain family and friends. There is also an outdoor dining table that seats six on the back patio just outside the sliding glass kitchen doors. Natural light illuminates the main living room which has two couches, comfort seats, and a 55" flat screen smart TV. The second spacious living area is upstairs and includes a comfortable sectional, a 55" flat screen smart TV with cable where you can unwind! We have even stocked some favorite card and board games ensuring total enjoyment after a day in the sun. The private courtyard includes an outdoor hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining table with plenty of additional patio seating, perfect for relaxing beneath the stars. Home has a large 2 car garage with an electric car charger. * Community swimming pool is heated and open year round! * Home is dog friendly and we do not charge a pet fee for one small dog. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17 pounds - please inquire. We have made exceptions and absolutely willing to consider - pet fee may apply for larger/additional dogs.
