Enjoy our beautiful Southern Utah Retreat with 3 bedrooms + 3 full bathrooms and RV parking. Boasting a fenced courtyard with private hot tub, fire pit, bbq grill, outdoor dining table with additional seating makes this the perfect place. This brand new pet friendly home is professionally decorated with top of the line furnishings including a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. We have thought of every detail and you will have everything you need for an amazing and memorable stay.

There is also an outdoor dining table that seats six on the back patio just outside the sliding glass kitchen doors. Natural light illuminates the main living room which has two couches, comfort seats, and a 55" flat screen smart TV. The second spacious living area is upstairs and includes a comfortable sectional, a 55" flat screen smart TV with cable where you can unwind! We have even stocked some favorite card and board games ensuring total enjoyment after a day in the sun. The private courtyard includes an outdoor hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining table with plenty of additional patio seating, perfect for relaxing beneath the stars. Home has a large 2 car garage with an electric car charger. Community swimming pool is heated and open year round! You will truly feel spoiled during your stay with too many amenities to list. We give our cleaners/inspectors Christmas Day off to be with their families so we do not allow Check-Ins or Check-Outs on Christmas Day. Thanks for understanding. --> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family. * Dates you want are not available? We have an identical property that is new so the calendar is more open and likely available. * Need more space for a larger group? My girlfriend and I made a last minute choice to do one more vacation and choose Zion as our destination. Looking around the area we found this place. Shelby was responsive and helpful, she worked with us on check in as we drove from Lake Tahoe. Upon arrival, check in was easy, made our way right into the home. The place was beautiful, clean, well decorated and organized. Plenty of space, a usable garage, super comfy upstairs living room area as well as a downstairs living room area. The host left a very thorough binder with tons of instruction and options for the area as well as some s’mores as a welcome gift. The master bed was a dream especially after full days hiking through and around Zion. Hot tub was amazing and felt very comfortable and at home, Everything was perfect. Would recommend!

We have stayed at this townhome several times and always feel right at home. It’s spacious extremely clean and designed well.! this day we actually booked very last minute and Shelby was so responsive and helpful. Had us in the home within an hours. Always a fantastic experience. I highly recommend.
