Guest will have total privacy and access to the entire property with the exception of one closet under the stairs. There is a 2-car garage and private entrance into home. NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.

This townhome was amazing! The cleanliness factor was 10/10! Everything was fresh and even the furniture was vacuumed. Beds were super comfy and linens were crisp and there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Parking in a clean garage was amazing in the heat! Hot tub was such a nice addition after hiking. Community pool was spotless and quiet, very enjoyable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and even coffee and a sweet treat provided which was a very thoughtful touch. It was a great base camp for Zion and there are fun local restaurants within 10 mi. Cannot say enough good things and our kids loved the extra living room upstairs and Xbox! One of our best stays ever!

Had a great 5 night stay, I kept saying how much it felt like home. Location is fun with lots of biking and walking trails around the adjacent neighborhoods. Be aware the check-in and check-out times are atypical, but Shelby was able to accommodate our needs. Overall great experience, and would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay here. We enjoyed the electric bikes in the garage. I didn’t remember seeing it listed as an amenity, but it was fun to ride them and try them out. The house was clean and beautiful. They got new couches and they are quite large but super comfortable and not only fit the space well, but look very nice. The house was exactly as it stated. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.
