Guest will have total privacy and access to the entire property with the exception of one closet under the stairs. There is a 2-car garage and private entrance into home. NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.

New very clean condo in very nice neighborhood. Easy to get to. Beds were big and comfy. Everyone in our group were impressed. Dinosaur tracks were in a ravine nearby so some of our crew went to investigate. It was a great adventure. Has washer and dryer which was great. New construction going on nearby but no problem with noise. Plenty of room and beds for our 9 adult and teen crew. Plenty of nice big TVs for everyone's separate wants. Kitchen was great with a nice dining table. Not only great for eating, but great for any nighttime board games. Garage holds two cars just fine. Extra parking for more vehicles nearby. We did not take advantage of the grill on the deck, the pool or Pickle Ball, but we could see it nearby. We travel to the St. George area almost every year and we would love to come back to this spot again when we return with our family. Thank you, Shelby, the host, for the stay. Great communications.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was gorgeous—true luxury from top to bottom—and the location couldn’t have been better. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. The host was wonderful, responsive, and made the entire experience effortless.
