Guest will have total privacy and access to the entire property with the exception of one closet under the stairs. There is a 2-car garage and private entrance into home. NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.

Enjoyed our stay here for the week. Newly built home, nicely decorated, very clean and spacious. Convenient location for heading to St. George or if you’re going to Zion. Very comfortable beds and well stocked bathrooms and kitchen.

This place was great - very well kept, comfortable, and it feels brand new. There is some new construction across the street, but it wasn’t noisy or disruptive at all. Shelby was a wonderful host: responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would happily stay here again.

Perfection! Our week here couldn’t have been better! This home is super clean, so well organized, and we literally felt right at home. They have thought through all the details, and included things that make it easy and comfortable to be there (even the little stuff like enough toilet paper, kitchen well stocked, laundry stuff, etc). The location was awesome for us - about 20 minutes from snow canyon and about 40 from Zions national park. Pickleball, swimming and hot tub are great perks too. Shelby is so quick to respond and super friendly. 10 out of 10 we’d totally recommend staying here!

The house is new and beautiful. It was perfect for our weekend stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here. The location is super convenient. Pretty views. We even saw hot air balloons flying early in the morning!
