We treat our guests like family, and this family loves adventure! We love Southern Utah and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. --> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family. Entrada Lava Falls community is not be be confused with Entrada of Snow Canyon Golf Club or the Entrada Inn Resort. Entrada Golf Course is an exclusive membership only golf course. Entrada Lava Falls community doesn't have access to their amenities nor the Entrada Golf Course as it is an exclusive member only course. Entrada Lava Falls amenities include the private pool and hot tub within our small community of only 20 homes. * Hot tub heated & available year round. * Pool heated & available: Mid-Feb thru Nov 1st

No loud noise/music between 11pm-7am <$250 fee> • No dogs, cats or any other animal - No Exceptions. Owner has allergies and severe asthma <$350 fee> • No sleeping on sofas or rearranging furniture without approval. <$150 fee> * Late Check-Out fee if you Check-Out after 11am without permission <$25 to $250> • Additional cleaning fee will be imposed if home is left in unsatisfactory condition. <$25 to $250> • Guest responsible for accurate guest/animal count including visitors to be included on reservation prior to Check-In <$75 per unauthorized guest/animal per day>

This Entrada home is located in a private and quiet gated community of 12 homes and shares the pool and hot tub with 20 homes. Great location next to Snow Canyon, trails for bike riding or running/walking. Near new Harmon’s shopping center.

Guest Access

Guest will have total privacy and access to the entire property with the exception of 2 locked hall closets. There is a 2-car garage and private entrance into home. NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use. Shared pool and hot tub. Hot tub heated year round. Pool heated & available: Presidents Day weekend thru Nov 1st

We stayed here for one night and it was great. Very close to Tuachan. Grandma liked the full-size bed on the main floor so she didn’t have to climb the stairs. There was plenty of room in the house for our group of eight people to hang out. The only thing I wish was the window shades in the bunk room. They let in a lot of light, and the kids were up very early after our late night seeing a musical.

Great spot for our quick weekend in St George. 6 of us stayed with plenty of room. Good location, used the pool and hot tub, 10 min to downtown St. George. Quiet community. Lee was easy to communicate with, overall a great stay!
