Our beautiful home is located by Coral Canyon Golf Course Community and as our guest, you will be able to take advantage of all the amenities including EV Charger. Our home is very family friendly with an open kitchen/living room downstairs and a loft upstairs. Kids will enjoy the games, toys, legos, art kits, books and a Xbox. Large desk with fast WiFi allows working easy! 2 Masters and Bunk Room is perfect setup for your family or group. You will love how close you are to Zion and Sand Hollow.

Enjoy relaxing by the pool while children have a great way to cool off and enjoy the sunshine. There is a small park and grass area for your group to utilize during your stay. --> Coral Ridge was not designed for RV/Trailer/ATV parking and may only be parked and/or stored within the community if they fit in garage or driveway without overhanging into the street. * Home is dog friendly and we do not charge a pet fee for one small dog. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17 pounds - please inquire. We have made exceptions and absolutely willing to consider - pet fee may apply for larger/additional dogs. We have luxury studio suites, 4 bedroom, 5 bedroom and even 6 bedroom/6 bathroom that sleeps up to 30! --> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. We had a comfortable stay with my family. We had enough beds for everyone and loved the dining table was big enough for us all. We appreciated that even though pets were allowed you wouldn’t think they were because there wasn’t hair on furniture getting all over your clothing or where you sleep.

Perfect place for our Christmas getaway! We had a wonderful time, my 6 year old really enjoyed the entire place, especially the pool and upstairs area. Shelby responded quickly with any questions I had. Great location too.

My stay at Shelby’s place felt very much at home. I traveled from NY w/ my mom and daughter who has autism and ADHD. Shelby was very accommodating once I explained needing early check in due to my health of POTS and my daughter having disabilities. Also my sister, nephew and brother in law were driving down 3.5 hours to stay with us so early check in was perfect with our plane arrival at 4. Everything was exactly as expected. The kitchen did have some minor things missing. The tupperware had no bottoms just tops available but we bought sandwich bags. If you plan on cooking like we did and needing to measure ingredients, there isn’t a full set of measuring cups for tsp of tbsp. But we made it work w/ google. they had legos upstairs which were a hit w/my nephew and some other toys, games and coloring books although weren’t complete for game pieces or crayons we had younger ones age 9 and 4 so we brought crayons and spent a lot of time exploring. Beautiful property, convenient location.

Conveniently located to Zion and all the other parks in the area. Beautiful neighborhood with small park at entrance. Property has two master bedrooms which is very nice. All the conveniences of home. We had a great week

Shelby was very helpful in booking our last minute stay. We wanted an earlier check in and she was helpful in organizing it. The house was great and we didn't want to leave! Would definitely book again!
