Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family. * You’ll find this beautiful home in a newly constructed community in Washington City. Self Check-In is easy allowing you can access the property. You will have total privacy and access to the entire home during your stay (with the exception of one locked closet under the stairs).

Perfect place all around. I was very impressed with how clean and well-put-together everything was. Felt great to walk into and see all the attention to detail. Couldn't ask for more. Bear in mind that the garage door(where GPS takes you) faces an alley that runs along the 'backside' of this and other adjoining units. When I first arrived and saw only garage doors and no keypad, I was confused for a second. To first enter the unit, you need to take a short walk (50 yrds?) around the building (each building has 4 units) where the 'front door' shown in the listing is located. This is where the keypad is to unlock/enter. That is to say it's not visible from any street. Definitely not anything to be critical about because both sides are clearly numbered and you know you're in the right spot.

We loved our stay at Shelby’s place. The home was beautiful and in pristine condition. The community is really nice with lots of amenities. There was plenty of trailer parking if needed. Shelby was a wonderful host and had great communication. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second stay at one of Shelby’s properties. I had zero hesitation booking her place as they are always immaculate and well appointed with everything you need and no extra clutter allowing space for our own belongings. The king size bed was so comfortable! My back always hurts when traveling and sleeping on different mattresses, but I slept great with no achy back! Will definitely be back!

Incredible property. This property was represented perfectly. Everything exceeded our expectations. We stay in Washington every spring break, this area is quite busy with tons of people but this property was incredibly quiet we never felt like we were in the hustle and bustle of spring break. We were so impressed with communication and the cleanliness. The property was stocked with much more than we needed. Even with the construction across the street the workers were kind and clean. Would totally stay again.

This house was perfect for our stay! We were able to have our small dog, which is not very common! The home is newer and was very clean! The beds were comfortable and all the amenities are there. The fire pit and grill was perfect for evenings on the patio. It is a bit of a walk to the pool but easy to get there. Great property!

Shelby's place was exactly as described—modern, immaculately clean, and in a perfect location. The welcome package that included everything you need to make smores was a thoughtful add that my boys loved. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were top-tier. The development was quiet and safe, and the pool/hot tube were amazing. If were ever in the area again we'll be staying here again. I highly recommend Shelby's place for anyone visiting southern Utah!
