We would love to help find the perfect property for you! --> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family. * You’ll find this beautiful home in a newly constructed community in Washington City. With upscale comforts and an ideal location close to premier hiking destinations, an adventurous retreat awaits! Guest will have total privacy and access to the entire property with the exception one locked hall closet. There is a 2-car garage and private entrance into home. NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.

The house was in a really nice neighborhood, bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, and the family room had the most comfortable couch to come back and relax on after a long day at Zion. The host was extremely helpful and communicative!

Great new home next to the mountainside. All furniture and furnishings were new and worked great! Hot Tub on back porch. Kitchen and sitting area was spacious and had plenty of room. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and great! Quiet neighborhood. Brooke was a great host helping accommodate to our needs and answer any questions. We will stay again in the future

We loved our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of six, and the living room and kitchen gave us lots of space to spread out and enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday together. The house is beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and loved being able to walk around the lovely neighborhood.

Brooke and Blake provided a perfect reunion spot for four friends who live far apart. Their home was beautifully decorated and well-stocked, meeting all of our wants and needs. We felt pampered with all the special touches in each room. And the water park (especially the lazy river and jacuzzi) only added to the fun ! I wish there were more than 5 stars in all the ratings because this residence would surely receive them! Thank you, Brooke and Blake...we hope to visit your lovely home again!

Such a great stay! The house is beautiful, clean, with a great layout. The way the kitchen, dining area, and living room are connected and open was perfect. The couch in the living room was very comfy! And the hot tub was hot, clean, and perfect, during the day, and even at night. The nearby community pool, with the slide and lazy river, was such a nice treat! Overall, a great place, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a fabulous time at Brooke and Blake’s home. The home is beautiful and spacious. The amenities are excellent and we had a lot of fun in the pool and pickleball courts. Would 100% recommend the house to others.
