The Paseos at Sienna Hills community is tucked into a quiet neighborhood that is bubbling with potential for long term residence or nightly rentals and investment property. Located just minutes off the I-15 in Washington, one of Southern Utah’s growing cities bordering St. George, it is only a short drive to restaurants, shops and other amenities while having the benefit of feeling secluded and peaceful. There are also plenty of trails, national parks and other outdoor activities to be enjoyed in this beautiful area, along with beautiful community amenities such as a pool, lazy river and pickle ball courts.

Guest Access

Guest will have total privacy and access to the entire property with the exception one locked hall closet. There is a 2-car garage and private entrance into home. NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.

We loved this place. It was very nice and clean. It felt very new. The beds were super comfortable. My family enjoyed the amenities: the putting green in the backyard, air hockey table, and community pool were all great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

This home is an absolute dream! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with this home. It is so beautifully decorated, extremely cleanly and has everything you need and more. The back yard is its own beautiful oasis. We enjoyed our time out there and got to not only sit in the hot tub, but also BBQ on their grill and sit by the fire. The pool being just a quick 1 minute drive away was amazing. Definitely would stay again, we loved this home!

Our stay at Shelby’s place was nothing shy of perfect. Communication was excellent! Her home was BRAND NEW! The house was spotless clean! The home was beautifully appointed with warm modern furniture, decor, and nice window coverings. All of the rooms felt like master suites with king beds - though one room was obviously so with an incredibly large, glass shower and monstrous bathroom / closet which we used for our twins in their pack and plays. Amazing amenities at the home included a luxurious jetted hot tub, putting green, BBQ grill, ping pong, air hockey, pool noodles and floaties, games, and more. Coffee and popcorn makers, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and dishes for cooking and dining. There was a pack and play and extra blankets, an incredible laundry room. Seriously this was the best Air BnB experience we’ve ever had and we’ve been doing this for a while and stayed at many large and unique properties. Shelby wins the gold with this one; deserves more than 5 stars.

Loved staying here. Was perfect for the family and is close to 2 pools. We rode bikes all over and it’s just a short drive to most outdoor adventure places we wanted to go.
